The ornament was beautiful, but it was the customer service that stood out to me. My first order had a slight typo when it was delivered. Christina quickly addressed the issue and sent a new ornament at no charge. More than the ornament - I appreciated how she handled the matter in terms of her professionalism and sense of urgency.
