We love custom and personalized orders.
Many of our listing offer customization / personalization. Not finding what you're looking for? We'd love to consult with you and create something that's beautiful, fits your needs all while bringing your vision to life. Please message us with what you have in mind. How long will it take to receive my order?

We try to complete and ship all order as soon as possible. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date as soon as the item ships. Please note that once the item is with the carrier, delivery and possible delays are out of our control.

What are your business hours? When can I expect to get a reply should I have a questions?

Our business hours are Mo-Fr 9am-6pm EST.
We do our best to reply to inquiries within one business day, often within a few hours of receiving your message. Please note that messages received after-hours and during the weekend or on holidays, may be delayed until the next business day.

My Order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately! Orders that arrive damaged in transit require photos of the product and ALL packaging (min. of 4 photos) submitted within 24 hours of delivery. (Additional photos maybe required depending on case)
Only once photos are received, replacement or refund will be processed asap.
No exceptions! Thank you for your understanding!
