Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Here are some steps to take if you're not happy with your purchase or you received an incorrect item.

PLEASE NOTE:
All personalized/customized orders, closeout sale items & gift cards are always final sale. Customized or personalized items are ineligible for return. Custom design fees are also non refundable. 

Unfortunately mistakes happen...should we have made a mistake with your order please contact us at info@imperfectbydesignco.com immediately, so we can make things right. We will gladly send you a prepaid return shipping label, refund your purchase or replace your item. Please contact us so we can find the best solution for your needs. 


Returns:

Non customized orders ONLY:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@imperfectbydesignco.com. 

If your return meets the required criteria, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please not that initial shipping cost will not be reembursed.

The customer is also responsible for return shipping on items (non-personalized/customized products only) they do not wish to keep.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Orders that arrive damaged in transit require photos of the product and ALL packaging (min. of 4 photos) submitted within 24 hours of delivery. (Additional photos maybe required depending on case)
Only once photos are received, replacement or refund will be processed asap.
No exceptions! Thank you for your understanding!!


Exchanges

We do not processes exchanges, please make a separate purchase for the new item & return the unwanted item once your order has been accepted for return.
Please follow the steps listed above when wanting to return your purchase. i.e. make sure the item meets the criteria for a return. Please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping. A refund will be issued once we have received and ispected your return and have found it eligible. See Refunds 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification except for custom-order or personalized items. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
